The Animal Rescue League tells us...
"Drumstick is an awesome--and pudgy--3 year old pit bull who is a bit shy and timid when you first meet him, but quickly warms up to you. He is very enthusiastic and social, and he's an all-around delight to be around! He was initially surrendered to another shelter with his brother, and really hasn't been around many other dogs since then, so we'd recommend a dog-free home, or possibly a meet and greet with another submissive pup. We don't think he'd do well living with cats, and we'd like to see him go to a home with older kids or no kids. Drumstick is very food motivated (obviously), so he should be a treat to train and prefers human interaction over toys!"
Also going on with the ARL...
"At 5PM tomorrow/Saturday, we'll be at the K-9 Glow Bowl event at Hiester Lanes to help raise money for the Reading Police K-9 unit and to collect donations for the ARL. To learn more and reserve lanes, please visit the The Friends of the Reading Police K9 Unit on Facebook."
And today is the last day to try to win a big screen!
