We first featured her in June...and she still hasn't found a home. :( Let's find her one!
Miss Merry Lee arrived at the shelter carrying a 4 pound mammary tumor. With the help of our surgery team headed by Dr. Melniczek the tumor was removed and things are looking up for Merry! We are looking for a very special permanent home or foster home for her.
Merry is about 6 years old. LOVES people. In fact love is an understatement. She would do best as an only fur child for now until she totally heals. And a home where someone can check on her throughout the day at least for now would be great! No cats for Merry! Merry loves toys, snacks, laying on comforters and acting like a toddler. She has some puppy like tendencies. Merry is totally housebroken but will need work on basic obedience.
She is available for adoption or foster through the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
