Filbert is a 1 year old, neutered male, Shih-tzu who was found as a stray. Filbert was so incredibly matted when he came to Berks Humane that when they shaved him, he looked like a completely different dog! He is a very friendly pup, but because they don’t know his history and estimate that he is young, they would recommend that he go to a home willing to train him. He will need regular grooming once his fur starts to grow back. Filbert is $125 to adopt.
