Matt Rouzer puts together a big Halloween display every year in his yard, but this year the focus will be something more than just the Halloween decorations. Matt is partnering with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. All donations will be donated in honor of Linda Stoltzfoos who went missing in Lancaster County back in June.
