Harrisburg, PA -- All-terrain vehicle users will be happy to learn a connector pilot program soon will be open for summer use. Some stretches of roads that previously have been restricted for ATV riders will be part of the second year routes to be opened with Regional Trail Connector Pilot program. The state DCNR says trails in Potter, Clinton, and Lycoming counties will open May 27th and will close Sunday, September 25, 2022. ATV riders will need to purchase a Regional ATV Connector Pass permit to use the designated PennDOT and State Forest ATV Connector Roads.
