Meet "Mama Cat", a 1-year-old spayed female domestic shorthair. This absolute sweetheart was originally found as a friendly stray caring for two litters of kittens. Now, she's ready to find her forever family! She's lived harmoniously with children aged 4 and 10, and other cats. While she did live with a dog previously, she was not fond of him and would do best in a home without friends of the canine variety.
As for her squinty-eyed appearance, Mama Cat suffers from symblepharon - a condition where part of her eye adheres to her eyelid. The shelter staff thinks it makes her unique and only adds to her charm (and we agree).
