Federal Appeals Court Restores Governor's Coronavirus Restrictions


A federal appeals court temporarily restored Governor Wolf’s pandemic restrictions on indoor and outdoor gatherings. This puts a hold on the judge’s ruling that threw out the statewide limits on crowd size. Simply stated, this means the Governor can once again enforce the size limits on all gatherings while the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals appeals the lower court order.
