You’ve probably heard that Governor Wolf millions of Coronavirus federal relief funding from Lebanon after county leaders defied his shutdown orders a couple of months ago. The county is now suing the Governor to compel him to release almost $13 million in relief funding.
The lawsuit was filed today in Commonwealth Court and states that the Governor has no legal right to withhold the funding and are accusing him of “gross abuse of power” and acting like a “de facto king.” Governor Wolf hasn’t commented on the lawsuit.
