Josh Duhamel and Fergie are in a good place nearly 10 years after their split.
Duhamel, 53, made rare comments on his divorce from the "Fergalicious" singer, 50, during an appearance on the March 2 episode of the Skinny Confidential podcast, admitting he has "no regrets" about their relationship. The exes were married for eight years before separating in 2017 and divorcing two years later. As for the reason for the split, the Transformers actor said it stemmed from how different they are as people, per Page Six.
"We're very different," he said. "Fergie and I, we have different views of the world. And that's OK."
Duhamel also praised the former Black Eyed Peas member's skills as a mom to their "beautiful" 12-year-old son Axl Jack Duhamel, noting that they have a good coparenting relationship when it comes to raising the tween and she gets along well with Duhamel's wife Audra Mari, E! News reports.
"She's a great mom," he said. "[She's] very kind, very non-confrontational — thank God — so we have a good relationship. She and Audra have a great relationship."
The Safe Haven actor moved on with his now-wife in 2019, popping the question three years later. The couple tied the knot in 2022 and are parents to son Shepherd, born January 2024.
