After a fire at the Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant at the end of January that caused extensive damage to the restaurant, they are ready to reopen soon...but it'll be at a new temporary location.
They will move into what used to be Revere Tavern on Lincoln Highway East in Paradise. Some of their 95 employees will return to work at the temporary location and they are coming up with alternative employment methods for other displaced staff.
The restaurant is hoping to start lunch and dinner services around the middle of March at the new temporary location.
