Not very often you find a whale on the shoreline when you’re at the beach. A juvenile sperm whale that got stranded on the beach at Ocean City Maryland over the weekend died. The National Aquarium in Baltimore sent veterinarians tot eh beach to assist the whale. It was found on 114th street. Officials from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources will perform a necropsy on the whale to find out why it might have gotten stranded on the beach.
