(Scranton, PA) -- Several grocery stores are planning to offer incentives to their employees to encourage them to get their COVID-19 vaccine. Aldi is willing to give employees two hours of pay for each of vaccine dose, and salaried employees may get some schedule flexibility. Some employees say they never signed up to be on the frontlines of the pandemic, so it's important for them to get as much protection as possible. Dollar General is also considering extra hourly wages for employees to get vaccinated.
