>>Court Approves Governor's Stay On COVID-19 Restrictions

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Governor Tom Wolf's COVID-19 restrictions are here to stay, for now, after the full third circuit court issued a stay. Last month, a federal judge ruled that Wolf's limits on gatherings, stay-at-home orders and nonessential business closures were unconstitutional, despite them being put in place to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. This means that sporting events will continue to be limited to 250 people outside and 25 inside while the Wolf administration attempts to appeal the federal judge's ruling.
