Halsey revealed a new tattoo on Instagram! A little hard to tell what it is at first, she says it's Marilyn Manson’s face, and it takes up most of the side of her torso.
When she announced the tat on Twitter, some of her fans asked her to elaborate on which “Manson” she was referring to – Charles or Marilyn. But seriously, you gotta see this tattoo. Check out her Instagram pic below.
