Despite losing custody of her 3 kids after David Eason shot and killed the family dog, Jenelle Evans acknowledged Father's Day on social media like many other parents. The former Teen Mom star shared a photo of her empty backyard with the caption "it's too quiet here" to her Instagram Story on Sunday (June 16). She added three sad face emojis to the post, as well.

It's only been a few weeks since a judge temporarily ruled Jenelle and David will not regain custody of their daughter Ensley, as well as Jenelle's sons, Jace and Kaiser, from previous relationships. According to TMZ, multiple people testified against Jenelle and David, including Kaiser's father Nathan Griffiths. The judge determined the children were not safe at Jenelle and David's home.

In addition to losing custody of her children, Jenelle was also let go from MTV's Teen Mom franchise. The network announced their decision in a statement to People, which reads: "MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes ofTeen Mom 2 with him since. Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season."

A spokesperson for Jenelle also spoke to People, revealing the former reality star is "cooperating with the judge and legal team from court.” Her rep added: “We have no comment at this time and appreciate the concerns regarding our client and her children. We will continue to cooperate with the court and their decisions.”
