Discover the Leader You Are, with Penn State Extension

WEST CHESTER, PA – Do you desire to be a more impactful and inspiring leader? Penn State Extension’s Discover the Leader Within is a one-day, interactive workshop that helps you evaluate and strengthen your leadership foundations, expand your knowledge, and enhance your leadership skills. The course takes place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at Chester County Government Services Building, 601 Westtown Road in West Chester.

“If you seek to expand your knowledge, improve and enhance your individual and group leadership skills, or look to go from great to ultimate, this high-level workshop is for you,” says John Wodehouse, agricultural business and leadership educator for Penn State Extension.

The Discover the Leader Within workshop features Extension leadership educators, speakers and experts who lead participants through multiple activities and discussions. Topics include identifying situations to improve team performance, expanding professional networks, building dynamics in collaborative teams and approaching complex situations in creative ways. Participants also learn to develop a personal leadership improvement plan which serves as a framework for future outcomes.
